COVID-19 Mitigations

We ask caregivers to please keep us informed of any illness that may be occurring either with the client or anyone else that lives in the home or directly cares for the clients. Clients should not be brought to the center if they are symptomatic or have had a known exposure to COVID-19.

Clients & Visitors

Return to Center Protocol	Positive COVID: Quarantine for 5 days then retest, if negative retest on day 7, if negative and symptom free can return to center. Definition “Up-to-date” Up to date means a person has received all recommended doses in their primary series COVID-19 vaccine, and any boosters that they are eligible for. People over the age of 50 are eligible for two boosters.
